KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by the Company in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact: username, e-mail address, date of birth and, where necessary, first and last name.
• Transaction security: IP address, login/logout records, device and browser information, session cookies, hardware ID.
• Game data: character information, in-game transaction and chat logs, support requests.
• Financial data: payment amount, date, order number and the transaction reference returned by the payment institution. Card numbers are not stored by us.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating an account, verifying identity and providing the game service,
• Detecting cheating, multi-account abuse and fraud, and ensuring game security,
• Carrying out payment transactions and fulfilling accounting/invoicing obligations,
• Responding to support requests and resolving complaints,
• Running events, rewards and announcements; sending promotional messages where explicit consent exists,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized institutions.

4. Legal Grounds

Within the scope of Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, the establishment and protection of a right, and the legitimate interest of the data controller; with regard to marketing messages, it is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Your data may be transferred in a manner connected to the purpose, limited to hosting and infrastructure providers, payment institutions, e-mail/SMS delivery service providers, anti-cheat solutions and, upon request, authorized public institutions. Transfers to servers and service providers located abroad are made in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Data is collected electronically through the registration form, the game client, the website, cookies, the support channels and the payment infrastructure.

7. Retention Period

Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation. After an account is closed, data other than that required for legal obligations and potential disputes is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Transaction security records are kept for the period prescribed by Law No. 5651.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to an outcome to your detriment arising from analysis by automated systems, and to demand compensation for your damages.

9. Application

You may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, through the support channels on the website or from your registered e-mail address. Depending on the nature of the request, your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process additionally requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
