User Agreement

1. Parties and Subject Matter

This User Agreement is concluded between the Company operating the game service ("the Management") and the natural person who registers on the website or uses the game client ("the User"). The agreement governs account creation, in-game rules of conduct, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the conditions for account closure.

By confirming the registration form or logging into the game, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement in its entirety.

2. Account Creation and Security

• If the user creating an account is under 18 years of age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided during registration. Accounts opened with false information or with information belonging to someone else may be closed.
• Account details (username, password, e-mail, security question) are personal; they may not be shared with third parties.
• The user is responsible for all consequences arising from the use of the account by third parties. The Management cannot be held responsible for the loss of characters, items or money on shared accounts.
• A user may create more than one account; however, using these accounts in a way that disrupts the game economy or unfairly multiplies event rewards is prohibited.

3. Transfer and Trading of Accounts

Accounts are the property of the Management and the user is granted only a right of use. Selling, renting, trading or transferring accounts for real money is prohibited. The Management is not responsible for any harm suffered on accounts that change hands in this way, and such accounts may be permanently closed.

4. In-Game Rules of Conduct

The following behaviors are prohibited and, if detected, will result in a warning, a temporary access ban or permanent account closure:

• Using third-party software that modifies the game client or network traffic (bots, cheats, macros, speed/packet editors).
• Exploiting bugs in the game for your own or someone else's benefit instead of reporting them.
• Insulting or harassing other players; using discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, nationality or sexual orientation.
• Sharing personal data without permission, making threats or blackmailing.
• Requesting information by impersonating the Management, a game master (GM) or the support team.
• Sharing advertising, spam or fraudulent links in chat channels.
• Attacks against the servers (DDoS etc.), unauthorized access attempts or the exploitation of security vulnerabilities.

5. Virtual Values

All characters, items, gold, points and similar virtual values in the game are part of the game fiction; they are digital data with no monetary value in the real world and are owned by the Management. The Management reserves the right to change, reduce or remove the properties of these values for balance, security or technical reasons.

Virtual values determined to have been obtained through cheating, bug exploitation or unauthorized trading may be reclaimed without notice.

6. Sanctions and Appeals

The type and duration of the sanction applied for rule violations is determined by the Management according to the severity of the violation. The user may submit an appeal regarding the sanction through the support channels. No refund is given for remaining time, virtual products or in-game values on sanctioned accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The rights to all visual, audio and written content, as well as the software, trademarks and designs belonging to the game and the website, belong to their rights holders. The user may not copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Management. Sharing in-game images and videos for personal streaming and content creation is permitted.

8. Amendment of the Agreement

The Management may amend this agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. A user who logs into the game after a change is deemed to have accepted the current text.

9. Termination of the Agreement

The user may terminate the agreement at any time by requesting the closure of their account. In the event of a breach of this agreement, the Management may terminate the agreement unilaterally and close the account.
